Lincoln Builders, Inc. in Louisiana is seeking a project superintendent who owns the field and delivers projects on schedule.

The role requires strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and documentation management in a fast-paced construction environment. You will lead safety, quality control, and site logistics while maintaining professional relationships with owners, architects, inspectors, and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong scheduling skills using Powerproject, Primavera P6, or similar software.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and field documentation in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and identify potential issues before they reach the field.
• Proven track record of leading subcontractors and driving successful project closeout.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate RFIs and submittals with the Project Manager and design team to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate, organized project documentation, including drawings, daily reports, meeting minutes, inspection records, and closeout files.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors through clear expectations, coordinated sequencing, and accountability.
• Lead jobsite safety, quality control, and site logistics.
• Represent Lincoln Builders professionally with owners, architects, inspectors, and project partners.

What You'll Do

• Own the project schedule and three-week look-aheads, keeping trades coordinated and work progressing on time.
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals with the Project Manager and design team to prevent delays.

What You Bring
