  • Maintain a Daily Work Plan and weekly look-ahead schedule for every active project.
  • Report schedule delays, risks, or impacts to the Project Manager within 12 hours of discovery.
  • Submit a Buildertrend daily report for every active jobsite by 6:00 p.m.
  • Include progress, needs, problems, expectations, next-day plans, and five to ten clear photos in each daily report.
  • Create a detailed Buildertrend QC punch list within 24 hours of each project-phase walkthrough.
  • Assign punch-list items, monitor progress daily, reinspect completed work, and provide photo documentation before closing each item.
  • Attend required meetings and respond to the Project Manager within four business hours.
Qualifications
  • At least three to five years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or comparable field leader.
  • Experience with residential remodeling, commercial interiors, painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, or related finish trades.
  • Strong understanding of labor budgeting, production planning, construction sequencing, quality control, and jobsite safety.
  • Proven ability to lead employees and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Experience creating daily work plans, look-ahead schedules, field reports, and punch lists.
  • Buildertrend or comparable construction-management software experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to identify problems early and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Strong attention to productivity, detail, safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct.
  • Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and reliable transportation.
  • Smartphone with internet access and the ability to use required mobile applications.
  • Commitment to the company's vision and five core values.
Pay and Benefits
