Overview

Seeking Full Time Employment (Project-Specific) to help grow our construction firm. We have listed the following qualifications below.

Responsibilities

• Site Management = manage construction site to the best of your ability. Site must be ‘safe’ at all time from safety and hazardous prevention standpoint.
• Site Cleanliness = site must be free of loose debris when jobsite permits for such. All interior construction areas must be broom swept daily.
• Inspections = Superintendent is required to manage jobsite inspections of our firm and Subcontractor’s progress inspections to ensure project on schedule.
• Schedules = Superintendent must be capable to manage, read, and follow project schedules.
• Communication = Superintendent must be able to communicate via telephone, email, and/or text messages with personnel and/or Subcontractors, vendors, etc.
• Go to jobsites and municipalities as/if necessary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience initiating, managing, and delivering commercial interiors projects, ground-up construction experience, major remodel experience (residential and commercial)
• Experience with projects ranging from $150k - +$1M (under $5M)
• Construction education program, technical school, and/or industry-related college degree preferred
• Proficient with reading project plans, construction documents, interpreting construction drawings
• Construction background is required
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Go to jobsites and municipalities as/if necessary
