ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial projects from start to finish. You will manage sites, crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read plans and specs. This hands-on role requires attention to safety, documentation, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Supervisor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and estimates.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
