Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Superintendent to manage a segment of a large alternative delivery (CMGC) project in Los Angeles County. This multi‑year project will add bus lanes from North Hollywood to Pasadena, enhancing BRT capacity. The project is in Pre‑Construction and will exceed $250 million. This is a unique opportunity to influence design, staging and contribute to significant mobility improvements ahead of the 2028 Olympics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage self‑perform crews and subcontractors specializing in MOT, roadway, concrete pavement, drainage, electrical and overhead signs.
• Ensure work is performed per plans and specifications.
• Work on site to help solve problems that occur during construction.
• Implement all applicable safety programs.
• Oversee financial performance and schedule compliance.
• Lead team development and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, LA Metro and local city agencies.
