Job summary

LHH is seeking a Project Manager to lead roadway construction projects from planning through completion in Illinois. You will manage schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, monitor progress, and ensure successful execution with field and office teams.

The role requires collaboration across disciplines and strict adherence to project documentation and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in roadway/heavy civil PM, a Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in roadway or heavy civil construction project management.
  • Working knowledge of IDOT and municipal construction specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and HCSS.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Job description

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000
