Job summary

Baker Construction in Idaho Falls is seeking a Craft Superintendent to oversee the profitable installation of project work by directing crews, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring safety, planning, cost control and productivity.

You will drive SQP culture, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments on complex concrete projects. A High School Diploma with foreman and Line & Grade experience and applicable craft certifications are required or preferred.

Summary

The Craft Superintendent oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating with other trades. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating and SQP culture.
