Job summary

Baker Construction in the United States is seeking a Craft Superintendent to oversee profitable installation of project work by directing crew members and coordinating with other trades. You will be responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity while upholding our SQP culture on site.

This role requires a High School Diploma and five years of related experience, line and grade experience, foreman experience, and, if applicable, craft certifications. Travel up to 25% is expected.

The Craft Superintendent oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating with other trades. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating and SQP culture.
