Key Responsibilities

• Supervise projects with budgets from $5M to $60M across various sectors and complexities.
• Develop and enforce site logistics and safety plans.
• Manage material deliveries, subcontracts, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Mentor field staff and coordinate all on-site activities.

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant field experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project or P6, and construction management software.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification, First Aid, and CPR.
