Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Spartan Contracting Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent with extensive experience in ground-up commercial builds to join our team. Experience in banks and convenience stores or other complex designs is desired. The Project Superintendent will coordinate and manage assigned job site activities for projects in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth regions. The Project Superintendent collaborates with project managers, other superintendents, engineers, architects, owner/vendor suppliers, and other field personnel to deliver a successful project on time and on budget with the desired level of quality.

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth (Onsite/Regional). Candidates must be based in the area or be willing to relocate within 120 days of employment.

Travel Required: Frequent travel; support other regions as needed.

Salary Range: $70,000-$110,000 per year (based on experience).

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Valid Driver's License, MVR, Drug Screen, Background Check
• Willingness to travel frequently and work nights, weekends, holidays
• Minimum 5 years experience as a project superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with Bank / 7-11 experience
• 5-7 years of combined education and work experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations
• 5 years experience reading blueprints and plans
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and suppliers
• Experience with RFIs, submittals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
