Spartan Contracting Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent with extensive experience in ground-up commercial builds to join our team. Experience in banks and convenience stores or other complex designs is desired. The Project Superintendent will coordinate and manage assigned job site activities for projects in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth regions. The Project Superintendent collaborates with project managers, other superintendents, engineers, architects, owner/vendor suppliers, and other field personnel to deliver a successful project on time and on budget with the desired level of quality.
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth (Onsite/Regional). Candidates must be based in the area or be willing to relocate within 120 days of employment.
Travel Required: Frequent travel; support other regions as needed.
Salary Range: $70,000-$110,000 per year (based on experience).
