Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Project Superintendent to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong field management experience and a proven track record in delivering high-end construction projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, labor, equipment, and materials to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and inspectors
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work conforms to plans and specifications
• Maintain project documentation including logs, daily reports, and schedules
• Resolve field issues promptly and efficiently to prevent delays

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with GC experience
• Proven experience managing residential and commercial projects up to $50M
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety procedures
• Proficient with project management software, MS Office, and digital documentation tools
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
