Description

Enformed Construction Company (ECS) is seeking an experienced traveling Commercial Construction Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent plays a key management role in organizing and implementing projects from start to finish in the field. You will report directly to the General Superintendent.

This role requires significant travel to project sites across the United States.

As a core member of the company, you are expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable, attentive, accurate, organized, and responsive. You should be prepared to meet challenges directly and seek help when needed.

Requirements include:

• 3-10 years of commercial construction experience on projects valued between $1M and $30M.
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Ability to read and follow safety labels, warnings, and guidelines.
• Deep understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for overtime, including weekends.
• Per diem for travel and every 3rd weekend off to travel home.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tracking project progress and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Supervising staff and providing feedback.
• Ordering equipment and arranging maintenance.
• Resolving on-site issues and emergencies.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment following safety regulations.
