Job summary

Reliable Commercial Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent with Pre Engineered Metal Building PEMB experience for an on-site role in Gambrills, MD. You will oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects and coordinate with project teams on scope, schedule, and safety.

Experience in PEMB, submittals, RFIs, and safety compliance is required. The role offers full-time on-site work with opportunity to contribute to rapid company growth and upcoming base-building

Qualifications

• Experience in managing project quality, schedule, RFIs and submittals.
• Knowledge of construction software is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and thoroughly understand the entire project scope with the Project Team.
• Review Submittals and RFIs.
• Maintain onsite project documentation and record keeping.
• Maintain Project Schedule and inform the team of deadlines & changes.
• Create and maintain three week look ahead schedules to distribute to subcontractors and PM team.
• OSHA 30 - Maintain safety standards on the jobsite.

The organization specializes in design-build, tenant improvement, and base building construction across diverse market sectors including health care, office, multi-family, restaurant, retail, industrial, non-profit, and pre-engineered metal buildings.

Role Description The Project Superintendent with Pre Engineered Metal Building PEMB experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Gambrills, MD, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. We also have an additional role coming up for a smaller phased base building project and in need of an APM.

The Superintendent will oversee and coordinate all onsite operations. Experience in preconstruction coordination is a plus. This role is an excellent opportunity to assist in rapidly growing our company.
