Job description

Overview

Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, senior living etc. They are on the lookout for an experienced Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate MUST have PEMB experience.

Compensation

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr.

This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage construction processes, ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably in projects such as Warehouses, industrial, manufacturing—any projects involving PEMB.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
