Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned professional to guide projects through sales, preconstruction, and implementation in collaboration with clients, architects, and Butler Manufacturing. You will drive proposals, maintain relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 2+ years in commercial construction or PEMB environments, with travel as needed. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, PEMB, manufacturing, or similar industry.
  • Familiarity with Butler Manufacturing systems and PEMB projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction sales, estimating, preconstruction planning, and project coordination.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Self-motivated problem solver who works well independently and across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, project support, and industry events as needed.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and navigate construction drawings and specifications.
