Job summary

Timberline Construction Corporation is seeking Superintendents to oversee commercial projects across MA, NH, and RI. You will lead field execution, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating with clients and the design team.

The role requires at least 5 years of commercial construction management, OSHA 10 (30-hour preferred), and an active Construction Supervisor's License.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and regulations.
• Decisive leader able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and communicate short-term schedules.
• Drive field execution, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Complete daily reports (manpower, activities, deliveries, conditions).
• Enforce jobsite safety and maintain compliance and cleanliness.
• Manage RFIs, inspections, and regulatory coordination.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to maintain schedule.
• Oversee quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure performance.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.
• Build strong relationships with clients, design team, and vendors.
• Manage punch list and drive project closeout.
• Coordinate utilities and third-party vendors.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction management experience
• OSHA 10-hour required (30-hour preferred) and Construction Supervisor's License
