Job summary

Timberline Construction Corp in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island seeks a seasoned Superintendent to oversee commercial projects, including renovations in occupied spaces. You will lead field operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, and maintain project records to meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10-hour required; 30-hour preferred; Construction Supervisor’s License.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call for site demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and short-term schedules.
• Drive field execution, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Complete daily reports (manpower, activities, deliveries, conditions).
• Enforce jobsite safety and maintain compliance and cleanliness.
• Manage RFIs, inspections, and regulatory coordination.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to maintain schedule.
• Oversee quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure performance.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.
• Build relationships with clients, design team, and vendors.
• Manage punch list and drive project closeout.
• Coordinate utilities and third-party vendors.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

• Decisive leader who performs well under pressure and unexpected conditions

• Willingness to travel and be on-call as needed for site demands and emergencies
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• OSHA 10-hour required (30-hour preferred) and Construction Supervisor’s License
