Job summary

Timberline Construction Corp is hiring Superintendents to lead commercial projects across MA, NH, and RI. You will develop schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and drive field execution while maintaining safety and quality. Travel and on-call duties may be required to meet site demands and emergencies.

Candidates should have 5+ years in commercial construction management, OSHA 10 (30-hour preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills to manage resources and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; 30-hour preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, materials, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and communicate short-term schedules.
• Drive field execution, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Complete daily reports on manpower, activities, deliveries, and conditions.
• Enforce jobsite safety and maintain compliance and cleanliness.
• Manage RFIs, inspections, and regulatory coordination.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to maintain schedule.
• Oversee quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure performance.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.
• Build relationships with clients, design team, and vendors.
• Manage punch lists and drive project closeout.
• Coordinate utilities and third-party vendors.

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and be on-call as needed for site demands and emergencies
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• OSHA 10-hour required (30-hour preferred) and Construction Supervisor's License
