Job summary

Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a Project Specialist to join our York, PA manufacturing team. This on-site role supports program managers by tracking schedules, coordinating data with Engineering, and updating routine submittals to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering, and strong written and verbal communication with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and financial performance of routine and straightforward products with guidance from Program Manager.
• Update routine customer submittals to support Program Managers through interaction with Engineering and other functions to obtain required submittal data.
• Modify schedules as directed by the Program Manager.
• Update sub-contract and material schedules as directed by the Program Manager.
• Coordinate risk releases and shipping paperwork for shipments.
• Assist Program Managers in generating financial information for CPRs.

Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a talented Project Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in York, PA.

At PCC, you’ll be part of a skilled team that delivers high-quality, made-to-spec components where precision, reliability, and customer focus matter. Whether you’re driving results in the office or making them happen on the shop floor, you’ll collaborate across departments to solve problems, support efficient operations, and help ensure every component is completed safely, accurately, and with precision!

Essential Duties of the Project Specialist:

• Manage schedule and financial performance of routine and/or straightforward products with guidance from Program Manager.
• Update routine customer submittals to support Program Mangers through interaction with Engineering and other functions as necessary to obtain the required data for submittal.
• Perform schedule modifications at the direction of the Program Manager.
• Perform sub-contract and material updates to schedules at the direction of the Program Manager.
• Coordinate risk releases and/or shipping paperwork for shipments.
• Support Program Managers on generation of financial information for CPRs.

Education & Skills Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering strongly preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project a plus!
• Team player mentality but also has the ability to work independently.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• US Citizenship required at time of hire.
