Pritchard Industries is seeking a Project Specialist to support enterprise-wide initiatives like the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and UKG across operations, HR, and finance. You’ll act as the connective tissue between technical teams and field operations—translating complex processes into frontline-ready solutions, coordinating logistics, and helping drive successful adoption in a fast-paced environment. This is a Remote role, with occasional travel, (Field Support and go-lives). Ideal candidate must reside near a major US airport.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s got project chops, understands the challenge of implementing tech in non-desk environments, and can operate with autonomy and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workstreams within major ERP and HR tech projects
• Coordinate training schedules, system go-live support, and rollout logistics
• Translate technical processes into simplified SOPs for field teams
• Help prepare documentation, project plans, and stakeholder communications
• Provide boots-on-the-ground support (virtually and in-person) during launches
• Liaise with HR and Ops teams to gather feedback and support adoption
• Assist in issue triage, testing, and troubleshooting for new systems
• Support language accessibility and cultural fluency in field-facing materials
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or ERP rollouts
• Bachelor's in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP a plus)
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, UKG, ADP, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at simplifying complexity
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, etc.
• Spanish or bilingual communication skills strongly preferred
