What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform real-time operations of distributed asset power generation technologies in the Remote Operations Center
• Interface with multiple parties to identify, diagnose, and resolve site operations and maintenance problems
• Assist with predictive analytics for proactive monitoring of power generation and renewable energy assets
• Schedule and coordinate operator schedules, including holidays and overtime
• Develop and maintain compliance standards and procedures for site-specific projects and the Remote Operations Center
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Basic knowledge of NERC responsibilities and power plant systems and processes
• Previous operations experience related to renewable energy technologies (e.g., Battery Storage, Solar, Wind)
• Team leadership experience and knowledge of technology and project management

• Associate Degree, certificate, or trades/vocational experience preferred
• Experience in a Lead Operator role
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction and constructability practices and principles
• Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostics in energy systems
