Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH - Legal & Compliance Practice

Overview: We are looking for Project Specialists to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle consumer-facing discussions with empathy and professionalism, collaborating with internal teams, project managers, and clients. A strong focus on quality assurance and meeting client deadlines and deliverables is essential. You will also serve as an escalation point for reviewing consumer-facing inquiries or issues that cannot be resolved through standard processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Follow standard protocols, procedures, and instructions from the Project Manager and Supervisors, and implement feedback as needed.
• Collaborate effectively in a highly cooperative environment with various business partners.
• Develop, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist the supervisor or Project Manager in resolving issues and monitor the overall health of the case by identifying errors and creating solutions for resolution.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited US law school or a foreign law degree with an LLM.
• Flexible and customer service-oriented.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage changing or competing priorities to support business needs.
• Strong technical skills, excellent computer proficiency, exceptional planning and organizational abilities, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Details:

• Employment type: Contract
• Compensation: $30/hr
