Vertiv Corporation seeks an experienced Site Leader to provide world class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects in data centers. You will act as the on-site Vertiv representative through start-up, testing, and project completion, coordinating with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, maintain strong customer rapport, and drive on-site activities to deliver successful outcomes
The Project Site Leader will provide world class jobsite leadership for large, long‑duration, high‑profile projects for Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. The Site Leader is the primary Vertiv Service on‑site technical representative for large jobs, from construction start, through start‑up, site acceptance testing, and project completion. The Site Leader is required to establish, grow and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, co‑workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. The Site Lead is required to work in tandem with the assigned Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, resource management, and ultimately a positive customer experience.

While performing duties of the above jobs, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or other components; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear and smell. The associate frequently is required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

The anticipated salary range for this role in the CA locality is between $91,029 to $113,852 per year -salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to receive and/or participate in profit sharing, allowances, travel and/or car expenses, and earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization depending on the terms of the employee's role and individual offer details. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k.
