Job summary

Pike Electric Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accounting Setup/Administration professional. This role collaborates with Project Accounting and Operations to improve setup accuracy and processing timeliness, with high visibility with management and Directors of Contract Administration.

Responsibilities include daily processing of Jobs and Contracts into the Oracle Project environment, customer maintenance in AR, new project work order setup, and contract rate adjustments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 year(s) of experience in a business/office environment.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of Jobs and Contracts into the Oracle Project environment.
• Customer maintenance in AR module.
• New project/work order setup and maintenance.
• Contract administrator requested contract rate adjustments.
• Bill rate schedule reconciliation and allocation rate maintenance.
• Maintenance of weekly accounting routines and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
