Job summary

Copper River Shared Services is seeking a Project Setup & Controls Analyst to oversee project setup and ongoing Costpoint management for our family of companies. You will ensure accurate configuration for billing, revenue recognition, and reporting, coordinating with Project Control, Programs, Contracts and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field.
• 2–3 years of practical experience with Deltek Costpoint including project setup.
• Proven ability to excel in fast paced, customer-focused, and collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, professional, and proactive style.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula creation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers and the contracts department to establish projects in Costpoint and implement modifications as necessary.
• Oversee the internal approval workflow, ensuring the timely completion of project setup tickets.
• Provide project support for various contract types, including FP, CPFF, T&M, and Hybrid contracts.
• Work with Project Control, Program Managers, Contracts, and accounting to ensure setup aligns with billing, revenue recognition, and reporting.
