Qualifications

• Proficient with ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Purchasing and Production to meet timelines and delivery dates.
• Provide quotes, prepare sales orders, and production forms as needed.
• Schedule and manage calendars for meetings, client consultations, and site visits.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and specification sheets.
• Support follow-up calls and outreach initiatives.
• Gather project completion data and photos for marketing.
