Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; strong communication skills.
• Ability to recruit students, coordinate with teachers and families.
• Organizational ability and initiative with multiple tasks.
• Ability to participate in collaborative team decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the Project SEARCH program.
• Deliver employability skills curriculum and support interns.
• Assist with IEP meetings and referrals to community services.
• Identify internships with host businesses and measurable skill gains.
• Update records and participate in steering committee meetings.
• Coordinate travel training and other duties as assigned.
