The Weitz Company is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Project Manager to lead the corporate scheduling program in Richmond, VA. You will direct schedules, coordinate updates, and ensure alignment with industry standards, while interfacing with clients and management.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of project management with scheduling responsibilities, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools such as P6, MS Project, and Last Planner System. Some travel is required.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with scheduling responsibilities.
• Data center experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and direct corporate scheduling efforts to industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance for scheduling practices.
• Handle bid/proposal schedules, baseline schedules, updates, and time impact analysis.
• Maintain master schedules for project tasks and communicate them to team, management, and clients.
• Interface with clients, attend construction meetings, and provide reports.
• Develop tools for project schedule control and forecasting.
• Analyze schedule performance and variance, and coordinate resolution.
• Travel as needed for project activities.
