Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a skilled Primavera Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team managing complex, multi-location projects. This role requires expertise in advanced project scheduling methodologies and systems to support critical client initiatives across vast industries and geographical locations.

You will work on developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for complex, multi-site projects. You will create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and resource-loaded schedules. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure accurate schedule development and maintenance. You will perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and resource optimization. You will generate schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. You will support the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and reporting. You will conduct scheduled risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. You will also provide training and guidance to team members on scheduling best practices. You will support proposal development with scheduling estimates and methodology

You Have:

5+ years of experience in project scheduling

Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, both on-premise and cloud-based deployments

Experience with Microsoft Project for schedule development and integration

Ability to work effectively in a multi-location and collaborative environment

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance

Nice If You Have:

Experience with IT or technology project scheduling

Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Experience working with international teams and managing projects across global boundaries

Experience with the federal government or DoD

Experience with cost-loaded schedules and budget integration

Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies

Knowledge of additional scheduling tools, including Smartsheet

Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills

PMI Scheduling Professional Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
