MWH Constructors in Tampa, FL is seeking a Scheduler to collaborate with the Director of Scheduling and project teams to develop, implement, and maintain the project schedule for a large wastewater treatment plant in Tampa, Florida. This role provides an opportunity to influence critical infrastructure and project outcomes.

You will update schedules, analyze changes, and prepare monthly schedule reports while guiding scheduling software users and maintaining safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of project scheduling experience, including baseline schedules, subcontractor schedules, and progress analysis.
• Knowledge of construction practices and sequences; proficiency with Excel, Word, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project schedules using industry best practices.
• Update schedules according to procedures and communicate results to the team.
• Review changes for impacts and prepare change notices as required by contract.
• Ensure schedules comply with procedures, contract requirements and best practices.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports for project and management use.
• Provide schedule guidance to software users as needed.
