Job summary

Voith US Inc. is seeking a Project Planner to manage project scheduling and cost control for hydro power initiatives. You will work with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and field service to ensure timely delivery and data integrity.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 skills, SAP experience, and excellent communication. You will monitor KPIs, produce reports, and support the Project Manager in delivering complex projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in project-business or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules (WBS, logic, constraints, resources).
• Ensure planning and progress reporting per contract and internal processes.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain and field service alignment.
• Provide schedule risk assessments and real-time visibility.
• Lead schedule update meetings and ensure data quality.
