Job summary

Vincere in Denver is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for a long-term, direct-hire on-site role. You will support Project Managers, oversee planning and scheduling of engineering design and supply projects for bulk material handling equipment, and ensure schedules meet policy and contract requirements.

Key duties include creating Level 4 CDM schedules, tracking progress, analyzing reports, maintaining WBS, and distributing reports to project teams.

Qualifications

• AAS or BS degree with 2–5 years scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Experience with CDM, WBS, and bulk material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor Level 4 resource-loaded CDM schedules.
• Track project schedules, tasks, and meeting updates.
• Distribute schedules and reports to project teams.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with policy and contractual requirements.
• Support Project Manager in planning design and supply projects.

In this role you will support Project Manager in overseeing the planning and scheduling of engineering design and supply projects for large bulk material handling equipment by gathering and analyzing project information. You will also use analytical reports and understanding of the project team to set and monitor schedules and ensure scheduling follows company policy and contractual requirements. In addition you will have to create and monitor project schedules and create, monitor, analyze and revise at Level 4, resource loaded, Critical Data Method (CDM) schedule. You will also track and analyze report information to allow project teams and ensure accuracy of schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports and monitor Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS).

• This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE opportunity based in Denver, Colorado and must be worked on site
• This position has a salary range in the $90,000 - $120,000 range
• MUST be US Citizen or Green CARD HOLDER -- noSPONSORSHIPS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• AAS or BS Degree (preferred) with 2-5 years plus experience in project scheduling
• Must have advanced proficiency with PRIMAVERA (P6) and MS PROJECT and MS OFFICE
• Experience with large bulk material handling equipment and/or mining and similar equipment preferred
• Experience with Critical Data Method (CDM) and Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS)
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with multiple projects and teams
