COTA is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for the LinkUS Program using Oracle Primavera P6. The role supports planning, tracking of timelines, resources, costs, milestones and risks across the project lifecycle.

It involves preparing schedule-related contract information and integrating contractor schedules into the IMPS, with regular status reporting. The candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to identify schedule

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 for schedule development.
• Familiarity with EVM, schedule variance, and performance metrics.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains program schedules identifying milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Analyzes baselines for alignment with contract requirements and performance periods.
• Maintains risk logs and supports mitigation actions related to schedule.
• Monitors progress, produces periodic reports, and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Documents schedule changes and ensures contractual reporting compliance.
