Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Scheduler II to join our Wisconsin team. You will develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, coordinating with project managers and engineers to align goals and deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3–5 years of scheduling experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. PMP/PMI-SP is a plus, with a fast-paced, collaborative environment at CRB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value metrics, and forecasting.
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for schedule development and reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making.
