Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler I in Anaheim, CA to support bid and project schedules, keeping site and corporate teams informed on project vitality.

You will create, update and maintain electrical construction schedules, qualify GC submissions and monitor milestones. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (college degree a plus), 3–5 years of scheduler experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain electrical construction schedules for site and corporate teams.
• Qualify GC schedule submissions and monitor relationships, constraints and milestones.
• Review and modify work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedule content.
• Prepare site or corporate schedule reports and support resource loading initiatives.
• Identify delays and impacts proactively and communicate effectively.
