Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Project Scheduler for the Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role focuses on developing baselines, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining the project schedule using Primavera P6.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, change order analysis, and budget coordination with accounting. Some travel may be required as projects span multiple sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience.
• Primavera experience required (P6 preferred).
• Understand baseline, progress, recovered schedules and critical path concepts.
• Claim experience and time impact analysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a baseline schedule while coordinating with project management, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule, including resources and costs.
• Coordinates project controls to assess risk and presents changes to the team.
• Analyzes changes to schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Documents and reviews all change orders and delays.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares reports for staff.
• Works with accounting to forecast and manage the project budget.
• Performs claim mitigation and what-if analyses and contingency planning.
