Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for a Data Center project in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will lead multiple facets of the project, including costs, planning, scheduling, and client relationships, to deliver impactful solutions for clients and drive profitability.

We value accountability, a collaborative culture, and the ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and relocation may be required for some roles within our building division.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction management.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Success in client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, and personnel management.
• Oversee project start-up, execution, and close-out.
• Develop strategies for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide accurate forecasting of project costs and progress.
• Collaborate with safety and quality teams to meet goals.
