You will develop baseline schedules, coordinate with project management, subs, and use Primavera P6 to manage resources and costs. Some travel is required as projects span the United States.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience.
• Primavera P6 experience required.
• Understand baseline, progress, recovered schedules, float, critical path, and constraints.
• Claim experience and time impact analysis experience required.
• Ability to multi-task in large teams and solve complex problems.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a baseline schedule while coordinating with project management, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses established scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule, including resources and costs.
• Coordinates project controls to assess risk and prepares change impact assessments.
• Analyzes changes to schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Ensures all change orders and delays are documented, analyzed and reviewed.
• Communicates impact on project timeline and cost.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Works with accounting to forecast and manage the project budget relative to schedule.
• Performs what-if analyses and contingency planning.
