Job summary

Diverzify is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to work closely with Project Managers to plan and execute flooring projects from start to finish. You will create action plans, schedule resources, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate tasks, handle risk, and maintain project documentation to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage paperwork flow for projects, verifying contracts, POs, and change orders for accuracy
• Build customer relations through timely document return and track paperwork with routing sheets
• Communicate with suppliers about product availability and place/track material orders
• Make freight arrangements for cost-effective product shipments
• Perform timely follow-ups on shipments and track multiple deliveries
• Distribute bi-monthly billing summaries for customer billing
• Maintain project documentation in folders and the computer system
• Prepare monthly billing and ensure documentation supports payments
• Review changes, verify billing and submit for client approval
• Complete accurate billing and follow up with clients for payment verification
