Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler with construction experience to join our team in New York. You will develop and manage construction schedules, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5 years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project. PSP certification is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional).
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules in alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, delays, or risks, and work with the project team to mitigate them.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project timelines and milestones.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies for construction projects.
• Implement continuous process improvements to optimize scheduling efficiency and project delivery.
