Job summary

Burnetts Staffing is seeking a Construction Scheduler to serve as the heartbeat of our Data Center and Construction project operations. You will partner with Project Managers, Engineers, CAD, Procurement, and Field Teams to develop, maintain, and optimize schedules across all project stages.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling or project controls, a solid understanding of construction methods, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialist experience (2+ years in scheduling or project controls preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, materials, and contract documents.
• Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to assess risks, forecast resources, and drive schedule integrity.
• Strong communication skills; able to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Independent judgment, initiative, and creative problem-solving.
• Construction experience required.
• Primavera P6 experience required.
• Procore and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize schedules across all project stages for Data Center and Construction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, CAD, Procurement, and Field Teams.
• Forecast manpower and resources to ensure schedule integrity.
• Drive workflow efficiency and alignment with project milestones.
• Monitor changes and update schedules to reflect real-time progress.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and varying depending upon job site hours
