Job summary

CM Solutions seeks a Scheduler II for capital improvement projects at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. You will review baseline and monthly schedule updates and prepare analyses highlighting critical paths, milestone impacts, and potential trends, while maintaining the Owner's shadow schedule.

This on-site role in Austin, TX requires expertise in schedule analysis, Primavera P6, and large-scale construction management tools like Prolog to drive risk mitigation and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
• 5 years scheduling experience on active construction projects, preferably civil.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects (not Oil & Gas).
• Knowledge of project management principles and control cycles.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and large-scale CM software such as Prolog.

• Maintain Owner's shadow schedule.
• Schedule analysis and reporting; what-if impacts, resources and cost loading; risk mitigation.
• Time impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field is preferred.
• 5 years of scheduling experience supporting active construction projects, preferably civil flatwork such as roads, runways, or public utilities.
• Experience with large-scale, complex construction projects, NOT Oil and Gas.
• Knowledge & experience with project management principles and project control cycles.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and large-scale construction management software such as Prolog.

Position is based in Austin, TX. You will need to be onsite, THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. No relocation provided. No Per-diem.
