Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Project Scheduler for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Pay

$85.00 - $115.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Project

Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Own or support P6 schedule development, updates, lookaheads, critical path analysis, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for

• Experience with cost, quantity, schedule, progress, change, or commercial controls on construction projects
• Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
