Job summary

Rinvio is looking for a Commissioning Administrator for a large hyperscale data center construction program in Wichita Falls, TX. Your role will include supporting commissioning documentation, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring accurate project documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience in large commercial or industrial construction and can work onsite with a 50-hour/week schedule. This contract role offers a competitive pay rate based on experience, from $45.00 to $65.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong construction administration, documentation, tracking, and communication skills.
• Able to keep logs, records, and closeout packages accurate in a fast-moving project environment.
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience.
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades.

Responsibilities

• Own or support commissioning documentation, logs, turnover packages, meeting support, tracking, and closeout administration.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Commissioning Administrator for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.
