Job summary

Rinvio is seeking a Cost Engineer - Civil/Structural/Architectural for a large hyperscale data center construction program in Wichita Falls, TX. This on-site contract role expects a 50-hour work week and offers a pay range of $75.00 - $105.00 per hour based on experience.

The ideal candidate will support various cost tracking and reporting activities, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with field leadership and engineers. Experience with large-scale construction projects is essential.

Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Cost Engineer - Civil/Structural/Architectural for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Pay: $75.00 - $105.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

What you will do:

• Own or support CSA cost tracking, forecasting, change support, quantity validation, reporting, and budget control.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with cost, quantity, schedule, progress, change, or commercial controls on construction projects
• Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
