This role will focus on developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying potential delays, and collaborating with project teams and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

What are the responsibilities?

As a Project Scheduler, you will:

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to support project milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to establish baseline schedules, track progress, and maintain scheduling accuracy.
• Analyze critical paths, assess scheduling risks, and recommend corrective actions to minimize project delays.
• Prepare and distribute scheduling reports, including milestone tracking, variance analyses, and short-term lookahead schedules.
• Monitor contractor scheduling activities to ensure alignment with project requirements and established standards.
• Support planning efforts across permitting, land acquisition, surveying, and construction phases.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and improve overall project efficiency.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Business.
• 3-5 years of experience in project controls with a strong emphasis on project scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), baseline management, and critical path analysis.
• Experience scheduling large-scale capital projects, preferably within pipeline or facility construction.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle phases, construction sequencing, and schedule forecasting.
• Ability to interpret complex project data, identify potential risks, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
