Akkodis is seeking a Project Scheduler to oversee vendor schedules and ensure compliance in the Metro Detroit area. This mid-senior level contract position requires a strong background in scheduling and project management, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Ideal candidates will have a PMP certification and proficiency in MS Project.

Akkodis is proud to partner with a client for is looking for a Project Scheduler. This position is open to candidates locally or within a commutable distance to the Metro Detroit, MI area as this opportunity requires associates to work onsite

Pay/Salary Range: $45 per hour - $50 per hour - The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Scheduler responsibilities include:

Contact and collect vendor schedule updates for weekly program roll-up
Integrate, monitor, and report status and scheduling concerns
Review and analyze contractor/vendor schedule submissions for compliance to timing and standards
Prepare recovery plans
Coordinate schedule with an on-site presence
Identify critical issues and impacts to critical path
Determine impact of changes to overall schedule and report deviations

Qualifications:

MS Project
MS Office
Strong time management, communication, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills

Preferred

PMP Certification
Scheduling Experience
