We are seeking a highly motivated Project Safety Manager passionate about construction safety to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing safety initiatives from day one, ensuring compliance with OSHA and ARCO safety policies, and fostering a safety-first culture on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage hazardous conditions and ensure safety compliance across projects
• Assess and oversee subcontractor safety practices
• Promote safety awareness through site meetings and daily operations
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Stay updated on safety regulations and collaborate on safety planning
• Proactively address safety hazards and work with project teams to implement solutions

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in Safety and Health (preferred)
• Experience in construction and concrete work (preferred)
• GSP/ASP/CSP certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to climb up to 350 ft and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
