• Ensure subcontractors and vendors meet safety contractual obligations before work commences.
• Perform pre-task safety assessments to identify hazards such as fall risks, electrical hazards, and heavy equipment operations.
• Lead risk assessments for high-risk activities—including scaffolding, trenching, crane operations, and confined spaces—and enforce control measures.
