Job summary

Sheakley is seeking a Project Safety Director in Allentown, PA to take full command of EH&S for a high-risk, $1B+ construction project. You will lead 4–10 safety reps, sit with senior leadership, and set the safety standard for the region’s significant build.

Requires 13+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, and CHST. You will own safety strategy, investigations, and continuous improvement while managing budget and staffing for the program.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of construction safety experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's in Safety or related field
• OSHA 30 certification
• CHST certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months)

What You Bring

• 13+ years of construction safety experience (Bachelor's in Safety or related field, or equivalent combo of education/training/experience)
• Proven management experience, you know how to delegate and direct a team
• Deep incident investigation expertise
• OSHA 30, current CPR/First Aid/AED
• CHST (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
• Comfortable with MS Office and EHS software platforms
